Let me clarify...

I guess I should clarify why I posted this. USA Cycling recently announced that this coming season they will be enforcing their rule on USA cycling licence holders being barred from participating in non USA Cycling events. Failure to comply will result in fines followed by suspension. This could potentially eliminate top tier riders from all local race series, xc, enduro, DH, slopestyle.. yada yada yada. Fuck these bureaucrats.  Someday maybe they'll pull the pedal wrench out of their collective ass.

  1. Telling it straight! That's a shitty rule.

  2. Its horse shit, they fined a coupe riders last year for riding at the Teva Mountain games, and since them decided that its worth it enforce across the board. Time will tell if they actually act on their threats. The UCI also has the same rule on books but does not enforce it.

  3. Crazy. Hopefully it doesn't force grassroots race organizations into partnering up with them. Then racing will really suck.

  4. A desperate move by a dying organization.

  5. All this rule is doing is limiting the growth of the sport. It's to bad that they think this is the answer.
