40t rear cassette - sans xx1

very interesting stuff!  Get almost as good as the new xx1 gear range, but with a ten speed derailleur, and not needing a new rear hub/wheel?

    Sounds like it might be a little finicky, but it also sounds like a really good idea to. The XX1 has some cool stuff happening with the derailleur and front chainring, but adapting an existing clutch 10 speed system with one of these cassettes seems like a no brainer solution to gaining a bigger climbing gear.
