Don't be a dumbass. Buy some pedals that work. These ones have lasted me three years with no play, no squeaking, and without being rebuilt. Do they need to be rebuilt? Probably. Does that make any difference? No, they just spin faster. Do I think faster spinning pedals make my riding more efficient?
